PERSONAL DEBT PROTECTION
This is essentially a DEBT cover or a ‘payment protection plan’. Risks covered include:
1. Death
2. Total Permanent disability
3. Temporary Disability
4. Dreaded disease
5. Retrenchment
6. Redundancy
7. Second life
In the event of a covered risk, it
• leaves the family financially secure and mobile
• protects savings – your savings may have to be accessed to settle the debt or take over payments
• protects the vehicle from repossession
• protects your credit rating

CREDIT SHORTFALL - covers the difference owing to the bank after an insurance total-loss pay-out.
There are times when you may require additional cover which is not ordinarily included in your standard insurance policy. Far too often the total loss of a vehicle leaves you considerably out of pocket. Market values and amounts owed to the bank are seldom equal. The credit shortfall is designed to settle this shortfall, as well as violations of conditions of your comprehensive policy.
For example, if your vehicle cost N$150 000 and is written off or stolen, and you still owe N$135 000, your comprehensive insurance may pay only N$110 000. You will be expected to settle the N$25 000 shortfall. This cover pays the shortfall.

 DEPOSIT PROTECTOR
When you have paid a deposit on a vehicle, this Optimum product has a deposit protector available that will cover you for an amount not exceeding 10% of market value (at time of total loss) or exceeding the actual original deposit paid, to a maximum of N$ 50 000.
Calculated on Principal debt.
Limited to N$500 000 (without authorisation).
Pro-rata refund of premiums applicable.
EXTENDED WARRANTY - extended “medical aid” beyond what is initially provided.
A warranty covers the cost of a repair or replacement of “parts covered” (and labour) as a result of mechanical breakdown / failure (not wear & tear).
M + Z Motors offer a New Vehicle extended warranty and a Pre-owned Vehicle extended warranty.

 EXTENDED SERVICE / MAINTENANCE PLAN – extended service and/or maintenance beyond what is initially provided (built in).
Applicable to both new and pre-owned vehicles.
(A “new” vehicle is less than 2 years old or has travelled less than 35 000km.)
This is an inflation beating, risk free and cost effective method of paying for the vehicle’s upkeep. Where there is a manufacturer’s maintenance plan, M + Z Motors offer a top-up plan to compliment the factory plan. The plan allows for all standard servicing and maintenance as per the manufacturer’s specifications. You may even elect to add tyre replacement, which allows up to three sets of tyres during the duration of the contract.

AUTO ARMOR
Even today’s high-tech advancements in quality of materials, are not immune to the natural and man-made environmental hazards a vehicle must combat everywhere, every day. These hazards can deteriorate a vehicle’s appearance both outside and in. This could mean costly repairs or ultimately, a substantial reduction in trade-in or re-sale value.
3-in-one environmental protection:
1. Paint shield
Prevents oxidation; minimises effects of industrial fallout, acid rain and pollution, as well as ultra violet rays, bird droppings and tree resin; inhibits surface rust and sheds dirt easily.
2. Fabric shield
Resistance to everyday stains – coffee, ice cream, mud, etc; repels spillages by beading up for blotting away; retention of colour and texture; promotes longer life.
